Roman Ruins scaled copy restoration. The ruins were made of yellow Italian marble. Shattered to pieces they have been brought back to life.

19th Century Royal Vienna Porcelain Vase (28” height). This vase is one of the best examples of European Porcelain. The painting is extremely smooth with very precise intricate gilding. It arrived with a broken neck.

Famille Rose Vase
19th Century Chinese Famille Rose Porcelain Vase (27″ height). This vase is a rare masterpiece of painting on porcelain. It arrived with broken ears and a large amount of damage to the whole body. The difficult part of the project was the protruding painting where each color had a different gloss. Also, restoring the inner surface was challenging because it was difficult to access the inside with tools and proper lighting.

Undressing Woman
Early 20th Century Marble Statue of an Undressing Woman (46” height) The statue was made of white Carrara marble with delicate drapes and lace on the gown. It arrived broken into two pieces, with a missing finger, heavy rust stains penetrated deeply inside, and a broken base with an intricate design.

Dancing Nymph
Early 20th Century (Dancing Nymph) Marble Statue. The statue arrived badly restored. After removing the old restoration we discovered that the body had been broken into many pieces. Literally, it was like a puzzle. After the restoration the statue regained the translucency of a solid piece of stone.

Nymph by Dr. Fortunato Galli – late 19 century marble statue by the famous Italian sculptor Dr. Fortunato Gally. It arrived without fingers. All the surfaces had been damaged by weather as it was outside for a long time. Someone had used a sandblaster to clean the crust. As a result, the stone was literally sick. We have blown a second life to it…
